To become a member of the Valuations UK National Panel please register your details below.
You will then receive an email to activate your account. When the account has been activated you will need to complete the following:

Professional Indemnity (PI) details
Upload a copy of your certificate
Select the mileage you would like to cover
Your invoicing address
VAT registration number
Tick on all types of reports you are qualified and insured to complete

Please note - You can only receive instructions when your PI is up to date, and in the areas, and for reports, you have given us. You will also be accepting full liability and responsibility for all inspections, and reports that you complete.

Legal: Valuations UK Ltd requires all RICS surveyors on their panel to have a minimum of £500,000 Professional Indemnity Insurance. The Valuations UK website will hold details of their up to date policy, we will not be able to instruct them if the policy details are not up to date. In the event of any claim, Valuations UK cannot accept any liability in respect of the inspection and/or any reports that are carried out on behalf of our clients.
