Valuations UK manage all types of non-lending valuations including Homebuyers and Building Surveys-with all reports completed to RICS Red Book standards.

About Valuations UK
Established in 1998 by Karen Gaskins, Valuations UK Ltd manages and co-ordinates a network of RICS Surveyors and local specialists throughout mainland Britain. Since its beginnings, the company has built an enviable client list, including many of Britain’s leading house builders and companies.
This success lies in Karen’s early experience- first as a leading mortgage advisor and later as a Business Development Manager of a surveying practice. By bringing together these two areas of expertise to form Valuations UK Ltd, the skills of Karen and her team are second to none.
Using Valuation UK services enables me to get surveyors with local knowledge to carry out inspections. This together with a quick and efficient turnaround is particularaly useful during busy periods.
